Decent location, poor customer service policies

The location was good as we needed to be close to the airport

The fact that we couldn't pay extra for a late check out. We have to book another room at $200 just to have a place to stay until our flight left. We only used it for 4 hours.

Disappointed overall.

Location was very convenient, was able to walk from the ferry landing.

Staff hides behind a HUGE COVID plastic wall where you cannot hear anything they say. Keys were not able to be made when we arrived until much later in the evening that day. Nothing on the grounds was open like the bar or restaurant or any of the little shops or gaming lounge etc. Breakfast was not open on Mondays or Tuesdays for our stay. The bed was terrible. Both of us woke up sore.

The Restaurant is Close and they need to put vanish on the furniture in the rooms, have microwave in the rooms so when people stay at the hotel and they buy food from restaurants in St. Thomas they can get it heat up. For the price you have to pay for those rooms especially those facing the sea they need to upgrade those rooms better than they are!!! The persons running that hotels for the years I have stayed there it hasn’t changed so much since then.

Great location, sub par experience

Windward passage is a great location. It’s downtown next to the waterfront, shops, restaurants and markets. We loved being close to the things we needed

The hotel needs renovations in regards to the cosmetic appearances. The signs are missing letters. The bedding in the rooms are worn. The ac unit drips on the floor. When requesting towels it always seemed like a battle. When I asked room service to clean my room, I was given some explanation about a list being given by the front desk on which rooms can be cleaned. The water was yellow the day we were leaving.

Good breakfast but expensive. No lunch or dinner restaurant on site. Walk to eat dinner a little scary for 2 women. Beds good. Bathroom clean but needed some repairs. Courtyard beautiful.

We missed a plane and were glad to have a room but what we paid for the room we got ... overpriced.

We had a nice breakfast in your restaurant. The room was labeled as ocean front balcony...does 1 foot beyond a window really qualify as a balcony to charge more for? The walls are thin; when our neighbors closed their door, the door between the room rattled, sounding like someone was trying to open it. They (the neighbors) were noisy until late that night and there were several of them in the room...at least 3. The cushions on the chairs and chaises in the outdoor seating area badly need to be cleaned or replaced.

When will the gaming room will be open?

I like the location. It is very convenient to get from one place to the other. I enjoyed having breakfast at the restaurant.

The bed wasn't too sturdy. The door to the room was not best. I have had better room on previous stay.

I would not stay here again.

The public spaces were very nice. We were within close walking distance to shopping and the ferry dock.

The fees added $100 to the price of the room. The staff were not very friendly, with the exception of the bell-hop. The room was in shabby condition with a glass panel missing from the bathroom door (with a nail sticking out of it that cut my finger) furniture that was chipped and scratched, a toilet that did not flush well, and an air conditioner that did not work. The room was overly warm and by the time we left everything we had was damp from the humidity.
